"Undercover Boss" features second Las Vegas executive

We love us some “Undercover Boss,” even though the show has become too formulaic if you’ve seen more than a few episodes.   Last season we saw MGM Grand Chief Operating Officer Scott Sibella work alongside fellow dealers in the casino as he fumbled dealing blackjack.   On Jan. 15, the show will air an episode with Stephen Cloobeck, CEO of Diamond Resorts International.   read more
