Girl scouts playing hockey?

Get out your sashes and cookies — on March 12, the Las Vegas Wranglers will be dressing up as girl scouts.

A game event night similar to dressing as Rod Blagojevich (ousted Chicago governor) in prison or dressing up as strippers (our favorite) has led the Wranglers to Girl Scout Night, in honor

of the Scouts’ 98th birthday.

The Wranglers will be playing the Bakersfield Condors at the Orleans Arena (at The Orleans) for $10 a ticket, some of which will go toward the Las Vegas Girl Scouts of Frontier Council.

The girl scout hockey uniform will additionally be on silent auction.
