Encore Las Vegas will open in December of that year

A few photos of sights around the Las Vegas scene that week. Included are some of the “Good News” projects on the Las Vegas strip, I’m referring to those under construction billion dollar resorts that continue to rush towards completion regardless of the problems with the economy.
