March 31, 2010 · Print This Article

Las Vegas is already home to the finest chefs in the world — or at least, the finest chefs in the world plus have a home in Las Vegas.

Now get ready for even more of ‘em!

Opening that December is The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, a sleek $3.9 billion hotel-casino positioned nicely around CityCenter, Bellagio, and Strip traffic.

And with a new hotel-casino opening comes new restaurants,

most of them new to Las Vegas. With celebrity chefs.

They include:

Bruce and Eric Bromberg’s Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill
David Myes’ Comme Ca
Costas Spiliadis’s Estiatorio Milos
Scarpetta
Scott Conant’s Scarpetta and wine bar (Conant was previously attached to Fontainebleu)
STK steakhouse

We look forward to trying ‘em all, once we’ve finished sampling all of CityCenter’s new restaurants.
