Event #1 crowd of 721 starters
The first of dozens of WSOP gold bracelets is now on the wrist of the latest WSOP Poker Champion, Hoai Pham. Early Sunday daylight the Casino Employees Hold’em Event #1 came to an end when Pham’s pocket Aces eliminated Arthur Vea. Hoai Pham collects $71,424 and Arthur Vea banks $44,079.
A field of 721 casino employees bought into the tournament and the top 72 collected money. Check out the winner photo on the Poker Prof’s Blog.
